Certification of Zahn GmbH

Zahn GmbH operates an integrated management system. This extends to the areas of quality, environmental protection and hazardous substances and thereby to industrial safety.

Even though the essence of our activities is embedded in our corporate principles, we would like to emphasise at this point again our certifications.

Quality	DIN ISO 9001 : 2008	Quality cannot result from an inspection – it must be produced. However, an essential requirement for this is that the organisation, the workflow and the processes are subject to constant inspection and development. This is what the quality component of our management system is for.
Environment	DIN ISO  14001 : 2004	Even before the management system, it was always the corporate policy of the product labelling company Zahn to design the production processes in a way as environmentally compatible as possible. This of course involved not only avoiding the production of waste and the use of environmentally harmful raw materials, but also recycling waste material. The management system is designed to continuously improve this area as part of our commitment to quality.
Environment		Zahn GmbH shows a commitment to the environment over and above its certification according to DIN ISO 14001:2004. In this context, the company participated in “ÖKOPROFIT”, the ecological project for integrated environmental technology, as reported by various press articles. As part of this project, Zahn GmbH committed itself to making a qualified voluntary contribution to the environment and is therefore a member of “Umweltpakt Bayern” (the Bavarian Pact for the Environment).
